What we collect

When you reach out, we keep whatever you tell us — typically a name, email address, phone number, and sometimes a postal address if you place an order. That information sits on file so we can reply, send what you bought, and answer follow-up questions. Nothing else happens with it. We do not run advertising, we do not feed it to analytics dashboards, and we do not give it to third parties beyond what's strictly required to deliver an order (a shipping carrier, a payment processor). We hold records for as long as the relationship is active plus the period required by tax or accounting rules. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can email us at any time to see what we have, fix what's wrong, or remove yourself entirely from our records.

02

How we use it

We use cookies only where necessary to make the site work. That includes a session cookie to keep you logged in or to remember the contents of your basket, plus a cookie that stores whether you've accepted or rejected non-essential cookies (so we don't ask you again). There are no analytics cookies, no marketing tags, no advertising scripts of any kind on this site. We do not load third-party JavaScript that could track you across the web. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; nothing important will be lost. Essential cookies expire when you close the browser, except the preference cookie which lasts up to a year.

03

Your rights

You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for any of it to be corrected, withdraw consent for processing, or have your records deleted entirely. We will handle any reasonable request within thirty days without charge. You also have the right to ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format so you can move it elsewhere. If we ever disagree with you about how something has been handled, you have the right to raise it with your local data-protection authority. Just email contato@cardamom101.com.

04

Cookies

We use a few plain cookies to keep the site working and see which panels people read. No creepy tracking.
